ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of spiritual intelligence and work motivation of educators that are valid and reliable applied to teachers in Indonesia. The method uses a quantitative approach to find the relationship between correlation and regression, where the data collection process uses a questionnaire pattern. The process of measuring spiritual intelligence and modification was tested on 104 teacher samples in Bandung, Garut, Tangerang and Lubuk Linggau. The results of the study used a spiritual intelligence measuring instrument of 24 items and a modification of educator work of 18 items. Based on the results of the linear regression test, spiritual intelligence was found to be a force that had a significant influence on teaching motivation (p = 0.010). However, the relatively small R² value (0.127) indicates that spiritual intelligence only explains about 12.7% of the variation in teaching motivation, which means that there are other factors that also influence teaching motivation that have not been included in this model.
