ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi Projek “Makananku, Budayaku” dalam Kurikulum Merdeka dan pengaruhnya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa kelas II di UPT SPF SD Negeri 105265 Sukamaju. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif dengan melibatkan 31 siswa kelas II sebagai subjek penelitian. Fokus penelitian meliputi penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, tantangan pelaksanaan projek, dan pengaruhnya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi kelas, refleksi guru dan siswa, serta penilaian hasil projek. Data dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Projek “Makananku, Budayaku” diimplementasikan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu pengenalan, kontekstualisasi, aksi, serta refleksi dan tindak lanjut. Implementasi tersebut melibatkan kolaborasi aktif antara siswa, guru, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah dalam mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal ke dalam pembelajaran. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa projek berkontribusi terhadap penguatan karakter siswa pada dimensi mandiri, gotong royong, dan berkebinekaan global. Sebagian besar siswa mencapai kategori berkembang sesuai harapan, yaitu 26 siswa (83,9%), sedangkan 2 siswa (6,4%) mencapai kategori sangat berkembang dan 3 siswa (9,7%) berada pada kategori mulai berkembang. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis projek yang terintegrasi dengan budaya lokal dapat mendukung penguatan karakter, pemahaman budaya lokal, dan kesadaran pola makan sehat pada siswa sekolah dasar. .

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the implementation of the My Food, My Culture Project within the Merdeka Curriculum and its influence on the character development of second-grade students at UPT SPF SD Negeri 105265 Sukamaju. This study employed a qualitative case study approach involving 31 second-grade students as research participants. The focus of the study included the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile, the challenges encountered during project implementation, and its influence on students’ character development. Data were collected through structured interviews, classroom observations, teacher and student reflections, and project assessments. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the My Food, My Culture Project was implemented through four stages: introduction, contextualization, action, and reflection with follow-up activities. This implementation involved active collaboration among students, teachers, parents, and the school in integrating local wisdom into the learning process. The findings indicate that the project contributed to strengthening students’ character in the dimensions of independence, mutual cooperation, and global diversity. Most students achieved the Developing as Expected category, namely 26 students (83.9%), while 2 students (6.4%) achieved the Highly Developed category and 3 students (9.7%) were in the Beginning to Develop category. This study confirms that project-based learning integrated with local culture can support character development, local cultural understanding, and awareness of healthy eating habits among elementary school students.
